    Had them for a few years and had nothing but issues. Never had a ticket or an accident my rates continued to go up. The staff is very rude and not helpful. Never got to speak with my agent, only his assistants. I had to file one claim due to severe hail damage and the lady told me "I can't hold your hand through this whole process, just go get quotes. We are swamped for the next month". Would not recommend them to anyone!
