- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give a 0 Star review if I could. Ever since Embark Took over The Great Falls Teachers Credit Union, I've have had nothing but problems. They set up an automatic payment on my car loan, and I had an issue with it at least once a year,. The worst was when the almost sent the loan to collections because they didn't transfer money to to and from the right place. Good riddance though, I recently paid off the vehicle and closed my accounts. Stay away from this terrible establishment!By Duncan Anderson, March 30, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆These guys are fantastic. Great communication, prompt service, and excellent care. My only complaint is that web services are a bit behind the times. Right now my only option to pay loans (since I reside in another state) is by mailing it or check by phone. It would be nice to be able to pay from another bank or even debit card.
